Our History
Tshikhudo Civils and Plant Hire is a private company that was properly registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on 25th November 2019 under the registration number 2019/594555/07 It is owned by previously disadvantaged black men as the director, Mr. Ramashia Aluwani Clifford,It is a company that has been created to do business in all business aspects and projects.
Directors have embarked on a quest to try and find out how they could do best in business and create jobs for the unemployed South Africans in cost effective way. Their ambition is focused on creating sustainable jobs and economic growth in our country.
They understand the challenges that our country’s economy and communities are facing and they are prepared to face that head-on. Tshikhudo Civils and Plant hire is registered with CIDB 2 GB PE, 3 CE PE.2 SQ PE,1 SO PE CRS 10231594
Our Vision
- Tshikhudo Civils and Plant Hire has a vision to be a leading company in business excellence and in the creation of economic growth at the time when our country is facing service delivery protests and beyond that.
- To lead in business excellence with an aim to put South Africa first in the map of plant hire and other business activities and to make South Africa second to none in this regard in the whole of SADC but again with an ultimate aim of uplifting the living standards of the poor people by creating jobs for the unemployed South Africans.
- Tshikhudo Civils and Plant Hire is geared to fill in the gap between the long established businesses and the emerging businesses who deserve to be brought into the main stream of the economy of our country.

- We have at Tshikhudo, a policy to appoint and develop people with potential skills at all levels of our business ventures. We use competent skills available from within the relevant business as per our demand.
